A special non-partisan event with TSU's Barbara Jordan-Mickey Leland Institute where former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will be honored with the Barbara Jordan Gold Medallion.

This award is for the highest or noblest achievement by an American woman in any field of human endeavor. Secretary Hillary Clinton will be giving her ONLY policy speech on this Texas visit.
